Where: Flanders Moss National Nature Reserve, Thornhill, west of Stirling
A gentle 1.5km walk including a 900m boardwalk around this stunning Important Plant Area led by Alistair Whyte, Head of Plantlife Scotland, and the Nature Reserve Warden, experiencing one of the largest remaining intact raised bogs in Britain, looking for bog specialities such as round-leaved sundew, cranberry and bog ashphodel. Please note there is no shelter, places to sit and eat or toilet facilities on this walk. The walk is accessible to those with disabilities. 15 spaces available.
